Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack who will be instrumental in refining our analytics platform, optimizing performance, and enhancing security and scalability.
The role involves refining our analytics engine to extract more nuanced insights from patient records, utilizing proprietary tools and advanced statistical methods.
You will streamline recurring calculations and enhance data transmission and storage methods to facilitate in-depth analysis at each stage of our analytics pipeline.
The position requires improving our architecture to be more maintainable, testable, and cost-effective.
You will also develop and integrate a regression testing framework into our analytics stack to ensure robustness and reliability.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 12-15+ years of full-stack development experience, with a focus on backend and cloud-based solutions.
Expertise in Python and experience with Node.js for AWS Lambda functions is required.
Strong familiarity with React is necessary.
Candidates should have strong proficiency in AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, Amplify, Cognito, Step Functions, and CDK.
Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools like AirFlow and dbt is essential.
Knowledge of database technologies such as Postgres and DynamoDB, along with familiarity with Snowflake, is required.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience is necessary.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment are essential.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills are required.
Experience in the health tech domain, particularly in hospital billing systems, is highly advantageous.
