TetraScience is seeking a Team Lead FrontEnd Engineer to join their team.

The role requires expertise in system design, architecture, front-end technologies, responsive design, cross-browser development, quality assurance, and product collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience in cloud services and a degree in Computer Science or related field.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in companies delivering products for B2B or B2C customers.
5+ years of experience managing an engineering team and overseeing feature and infrastructure roadmaps.
Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers to create a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Extensive knowledge of UI performance optimization techniques, security practices, front-end technologies, responsive design, and cross-browser development.
Strong focus on UI testing and experience with popular UI automation testing tools.
Ability to partner with the product team and customers to deliver user-friendly interfaces.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or other cloud providers.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
