Description:
Gympass is seeking a Tech Lead Frontend Software Engineer to join the DOTS Team in Brazil.
The DOTS team focuses on developing scalable solutions to enhance productivity and user experience.
The Tech Lead will work in the Darwin domain, responsible for building and maintaining interfaces supporting internal tasks related to the Gympass platform.
Responsibilities include leading critical projects, planning team capacity, writing high-quality code, and recommending new technologies for improved outcomes.
The Tech Lead will collaborate with stakeholders, provide estimates on efforts and risks, and contribute to establishing company-wide best practices.
Communication skills, empathy, and the ability to balance responsibilities and well-being are essential for this role.
Requirements:
Proficiency in frontend stacks like ReactJS, Typescript, and BFFs over Node.js.
Experience in developing RESTful web services and collaborating with other teams.
Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, automated testing, and modern agile product development.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both asynchronously and with teams/stakeholders.
Passion for product development, user experience, and maintaining high-quality products.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and recommend solutions to stakeholders.
Empathy, respect, and the ability to create bridges with other teams and key stakeholders.
