The company is seeking a Technical Lead to develop a robust, multi-language code reviewer.
The ideal candidate should excel in agile workflows, code review best practices, and software engineering life cycles.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing a system for reviewing code across multiple languages, incorporating advanced code analysis techniques, and ensuring the reviewer can be customized based on evolving requirements.
The role involves employing agile methodologies to plan and iterate on new features, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with DevOps for deployment and maintenance.
The Technical Lead will define and maintain code review standards, refine pull/merge request processes, and provide comprehensive review feedback.
Cross-team collaboration is essential, engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and advocate for best practices.
The position also includes researching emerging tools and methodologies in static analysis and machine learning for potential integration.

Requirements:

Proven expertise in the software engineering lifecycle, including project management from concept to production.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools, particularly Jira, for task management and sprint planning.
Proficiency in Git-based workflows and CI/CD setups, with knowledge of integrating automated checks into pipelines.
In-depth understanding of effective code review practices, including detection of security vulnerabilities and performance bottlenecks.
Strong experience with Python and hands-on experience in other programming languages such as C/C++/PHP/Go.
Ability to independently explore new libraries or methods for static analysis and AI-based enhancements.
