Remote Technical Solutions Engineer

Description:

• Arista Networks is looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join their team in Kraków, Poland.
• The role involves responding to customer inquiries via telephone or email and resolving concerns related to installation, operation, maintenance, or product application.
• The Technical Solutions Engineer will troubleshoot hardware equipment and software applications, document customer communication, and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs.
• The position requires working closely with a multicultural team of engineers, software/hardware engineering, product management, customer engineering, and sales teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• The candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, supporting, troubleshooting, debugging, and administering various network protocols and technologies.
• Required product knowledge includes familiarity with networking industry products, protocols, and troubleshooting tools such as IXIA, tcpdump, and Wireshark.
• Strong comfort level with Linux and programming/scripting languages like C++, Java, Python, Perl, JavaScript, shell is highly desired.
• Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to troubleshoot complex customer environments, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum education requirement is a B.S or ideally an MS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred), industry certifications are preferred, and prior TAC experience is a plus.
