The role of Temenos Implementation Specialist (Tech Lead) involves leading transformative projects in a dynamic fintech environment.
The position focuses on developing innovative solutions within the Temenos ecosystem, particularly in cross-border payments and banking services.
Responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of Temenos solutions, translating business requirements into technical designs, and mentoring junior team members.
The role also involves overseeing system development and integration, identifying opportunities for system optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with payment standards.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in the Temenos environment, with roles such as Senior Product Engineer or similar.
Proven experience in leading technical projects and teams is required.
Advanced knowledge of Temenos Transact (T24) modules, including AA, TPH, Product Builder, Integration Framework, DSF, and Design Studio is essential.
A strong understanding of databases (Oracle/MSSQL/PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS) is necessary.
Expertise in event-driven architecture and API integrations is required.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of payment standards and interfaces, including SWIFT, SEPA, TARGET, BACS, CHAPS, and FPS.
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for managing and inspiring technical teams.
Preferred skills include experience in the banking, credit card, or payment industry, familiarity with data migration and Temenos Data Hub, and knowledge of JIRA/Confluence and SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
