As a TypeScript Engineer specializing in Event-Driven Systems, you will design and implement scalable, real-time features for the travel platform.
Key responsibilities include designing event-driven architectures using TypeScript, working with message brokers like Kafka or NATS, and developing microservices that communicate via event streams.
You will ensure data consistency and fault tolerance in distributed systems and design systems that incorporate LLM processing for real-time insights.
The role also involves optimizing event flow for high-throughput scenarios and collaborating with other teams to integrate event-driven patterns across the platform.
Requirements:
You must have 3+ years of experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
A strong background in event-driven architectures and message brokers such as Kafka or NATS is required.
Experience with microservices architecture and integrating LLMs in event-driven architectures is essential.
Familiarity with optimizing LLM inference in distributed environments and understanding distributed systems concepts is necessary.
You should be familiar with cloud services, preferably AWS, and have experience with monorepo structures and build systems like Yarn, Nx, and Turbo.
