BSA Solutions is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Web Developer to join their growing development team.
The role involves designing and implementing interactive web applications and backend services.
The developer will work alongside design and QA teams to deliver seamless digital experiences for users.
This is a dayshift, full-time, work-from-home role with weekends off, ideal for developers seeking balance and flexibility.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining user-focused web applications using JavaScript (React, Vue.js, or vanilla JS).
The developer will build and support backend systems and custom tools with PHP, integrating APIs and internal services.
The role requires designing and maintaining automated testing pipelines using Selenium WebDriver.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and backend is essential to ship and support new features.
Participation in agile sprints, peer code reviews, and technical planning sessions is expected.
The developer will contribute to codebase improvements, maintain clean documentation, and uphold high coding standards.

Requirements:

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), with experience in frameworks like React or Vue.js is required.
Solid PHP development experience is necessary, ideally with MVC frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for browser-based testing and automation is essential.
A deep understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and secure web communication is required.
Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3 and responsive, cross-browser web design best practices is necessary.
Experience using Git and working collaboratively via GitHub or similar platforms is required.
Nice to have: Experience developing internal dashboards or content management systems (CMS).
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and QA automation best practices is a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD workflows or cloud development environments (e.g., AWS, Docker) is beneficial.
Strong debugging skills and a problem-solving mindset across the full stack are preferred.
