I’ve spent the last 9 years growing into a backend-first Senior Software Engineer, working on real production systems where reliability, maintainability, performance, and business impact matter. My experience spans ads and content platforms, SaaS-style vendor tools, public-sector systems, regulated banking applications, CMS/back-office platforms, and internal productivity tools.

I’ve modernized legacy Rails and Java systems, rebuilt critical platforms from scratch, improved page-load performance from seconds to milliseconds in key areas, migrated CI/CD workflows, and supported production systems with testing, observability, and debugging practices. I’m looking for a remote senior engineering role across Europe / EMEA, ideally as a Senior Backend Engineer, Senior Java Backend Engineer, Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Tech Lead, or Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer.

What sets me apart is that I’m comfortable in complex, imperfect systems: legacy codebases, regulated environments, production issues, ambiguous requirements, and modernization work.
