Sorting options for talent profiles

You can now sort talent profiles in multiple ways to better match what you’re looking for. Order talents by most recently active, salary (high to low or low to high), hourly rate (high to low or low to high), and experience level (high to low or low to high). This makes it much easier to quickly find the right candidates based on your priorities.

Redesigned Ad Slots for Better Visibility

We’ve revamped the advertising layout to introduce three distinct ad placements across the platform: a Top Panel Ad, Side Panel Ad, and Feed Ad. Each slot is designed with unique visibility and engagement opportunities, allowing advertisers to reach users in different contexts while maintaining a cleaner and more balanced browsing experience.

Talent profile updates (Availability)

Talent profiles have been enhanced with new availability and experience details. Profiles now show years of experience, include an “Available for” field specifying whether a candidate is open to full-time, part-time, contract, freelance, or internship roles, and display an “Available from” date that can be set explicitly or automatically calculated based on the candidate’s notice period.

Talent profile updates (Compensation)

Talent profile compensation details have been updated. In addition to the existing Rate field, profiles now include a Salary field, since rates are typically a better fit for contract roles, which often come at a higher cost than full-time positions.
