Infrastructure Support & System Administration • Monitor and manage the health, performance, and availability of IT systems (servers, storage, and networks). • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, user provisioning, and system updates. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, operating systems, and network services. • Support virtualization and cloud environments, including provisioning, monitoring, and optimization.
