Led the migration of Livelo's Product Detail Page (PDP) from Oracle Commerce Cloud + KnockoutJS to a headless architecture using Next.js and Contentstack CMS, reducing LCP by 25% (from 3.2s to 2.4s) and raising the Lighthouse Performance score from 74 to 81, while enabling greater content flexibility and scalability at scale. ▸ Architected a conditional rendering system supporting 3 product types (physical, digital, and donation) within a single codebase, eliminating duplicated templates and reducing maintenance overhead. ▸ Implemented a legacy URL redirect system using Next.js to preserve SEO equity across the migration, maintaining organic traffic rankings and preventing search engine ranking drops. ▸ Developed and maintained the Product Detail Page (PDP) within the Livelo React Native mobile app (iOS & Android), implementing the headless BFF architecture with Contentstack Mobile SDK to decouple content delivery and enable independent updates without app store deployments.
