Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

I’m Ali Masroor, an AI & Full-Stack Engineer with 8+ years of experience building scalable web applications, SaaS platforms, AI-powered products, and digital solutions from idea to production.

What makes me unique is the combination of strong full-stack engineering experience with practical AI development. I don’t see AI as a separate feature added on top of a product—I focus on integrating it into real business workflows where it can automate processes, improve decision-making, and create measurable value for users.

On the frontend, I work extensively with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive UI development, REST API integrations, and performance optimization. I enjoy turning complex product requirements into clean, fast, intuitive, and maintainable user experiences.

On the backend and AI side, I have experience building scalable APIs, SaaS architectures, AI/LLM integrations, RAG systems, intelligent workflows, automation, database-driven applications, and third-party integrations. This allows me to take ownership of features end-to-end—from architecture and database design to backend services, AI functionality, and the final user interface.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked on products such as Equipmate, GreatCoops AI, Timewise, CARLA, Eldrin AI, and Arcadian AI, contributing to SaaS platforms and AI-powered applications across different business domains.

I’m particularly comfortable in remote environments where engineers are expected to take ownership rather than simply complete tickets. I can work through ambiguous requirements, communicate technical decisions clearly, collaborate with distributed teams, and turn product ideas into reliable production features.

I care about clean architecture, maintainable code, performance, scalability, and practical problem-solving. I also actively use modern AI-assisted development workflows to improve research, planning, implementation, testing, debugging, and code review without compromising engineering quality.
