I manage UX research projects end-to-end for international clients in sectors such as banking (Eurobank, AlphaBank), e-commerce (Nespresso, IKEA, Plaisio), learning management systems (TalentLMS), gambling (Betsson), automotive (Hertz), and government services (Gov.gr).

Here's a breakdown of what I do:

• Collecting requirements from stakeholders. • Planning the studies (scope, research objectives, goals, questions, methods, tasks, metrics, participant eligibility criteria). • Recruiting the participants using screener questionnaires. • Doing the actual research (moderating sessions, setting unmoderated tests, surveys, etc.) • Collecting the data, analyzing, and interpreting user behavior. • Reporting and presenting the findings to product teams and other stakeholders. • Creating research repositories for teams to have easy access to a centralized environment.

I have web accessibility expertise:

• Help companies comply with the latest legal framework that came into force on Jun 28th (European Accessibility Act) • Design and deliver workshops and training sessions on how to integrate accessibility into product workflows. • Conducting moderated usability tests with users with different types of disabilities (visual, motor, cognitive). • Perform manual and automated accessibility audits (WCAGbased) • Provide PDF accessibility remediation for publicfacing documents and internal use. • Presenting to stakeholders, highlighting key findings, user needs, and recommended improvements.

My goals at the end of every project are to: • Provide measurable and actionable design recommendations. • Influence decision makers on the next steps to take.

Impact from the offered UX and Accessibility services: • Informed design decisions either for building products from scratch or optimizing existing ones • Improved core UX metrics for multiple products (time on task, overall satisfaction, ease of use) • Fixed inaccessible user flows by offering specific solutions to development teams.
