AI Engineer

At Paytm, I work as a Data Scientist developing and benchmarking voice agents for enterprise applications, with a focus on evaluating Text-to-Speech (TTS) models across quality, latency, and scalability. I also conduct market analysis and build pricing models to support product launch and revenue strategy, while collaborating with product teams to define data requirements and analyze merchant data for actionable business insights.

Previously, I worked as an AI Engineer at Predli, where I designed and implemented intelligent systems to solve complex, real-world challenges in Artificial Intelligence. My work spanned building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, benchmarking language models, and designing agentic architectures that enable adaptive, goal-driven behavior.

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in AI and Machine Learning from Plaksha University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from University of Delhi. My academic background gave me a solid grounding in mathematics, systems thinking, and analytical problem-solving, which I now apply to building and optimizing these systems.

My experience covers key areas such as Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, predictive modeling, and increasingly, the frontier of agent-based AI systems. I’m driven by the potential of these technologies to uncover deep insights, enable intelligent automation, and drive meaningful innovation.
