I'm an AI Engineer and Data Scientist passionate about building practical AI systems that solve real-world problems. My background spans data engineering, machine learning, and large language models, with experience across both industry and academic research.
During my Master's in Computer Science at Oregon State University, I led the technical development of Radiant, a clinical decision-support system for rare diseases powered by retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). The system integrated six biomedical databases and over 50,000 research papers to provide evidence-backed answers with source citations, helping improve trust and reduce hallucinations in healthcare AI. This work resulted in a Springer AIME 2025 publication and secured over $32,000 in research funding.
What makes me unique is my ability to bridge research and production. I have worked on everything from designing cloud data pipelines processing millions of healthcare records to deploying LLM applications using AWS, LangChain, ChromaDB, and LLaMA models. I enjoy taking AI systems from prototype to production, focusing on scalability, reliability, and user impact.
I'm particularly excited about the future of agentic AI and LLM-powered applications. I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can learn quickly, take ownership, and build products that create meaningful value for users.
