I'm a machine learning engineer who spent a year and a half writing Java at Accenture on a financial-services platform, then walked away from that track on purpose to build production ML systems instead. I've shipped a RAG backend with an 8-node LangGraph pipeline and my own retrieval-eval harness, fine-tuned a 7B model with QLoRA, and built an event-driven safety platform that classifies incident severity from real mine-safety reports. What makes me different isn't one specialty — it's that I build the evaluation before I trust the model, in every project, including the time I found a hosted reranker was actually making results worse and killed it instead of shipping it anyway.
I'm looking for AI/ML or GenAI engineering roles where I can keep building systems people actually rely on, ideally ones open to remote work. Bengaluru is home base, but I'd rather work from wherever the team needs me to be.
