pain points, and long-term Salesforce roadmap goals.
● Design Salesforce solutions across data modeling, automation, security, integrations, user experience, and
release strategy.
● Build custom Apex logic, including triggers, service classes, batch jobs, schedulable processes, and reusable
backend components.
● Develop Lightning Web Components and Aura components to improve usability, simplify record pages, and
reduce unnecessary manual steps for users.
● Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, reports,
dashboards, and Lightning pages.
● Implement business automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Apex when
declarative tools are not enough.
● Design integrations with external platforms using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, OAuth, and
secure data exchange patterns.
● Work with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, and Boomi when clients need more structured
integration flows.
● Review existing Salesforce orgs to identify technical debt, duplicate automation, inefficient data models, and
performance issues.
● Refactor Apex logic, improve SOQL queries, and simplify automation to make systems easier to maintain.
● Define security models using profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security.
● Manage deployments using Git, SFDX CLI, sandbox environments, and release coordination practices.
● Troubleshoot production issues related to failed flows, Apex exceptions, integration errors, user access, and
data quality.
● Explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical users so they understand why a solution is being built a
certain way.
● Mentor admins and developers by reviewing designs, giving code feedback, and sharing Salesforce best
practices.
● Designed Force.com and Lightning Platform solutions for client Salesforce orgs, including custom object
models, Apex service layers, LWC user experiences, sharing rules, permission structures, and integration
boundaries that made each implementation easier to scale and maintain.
● Supported 6+ client Salesforce workstreams across architecture, development, automation, integration, and
production support while balancing hands-on build work with stakeholder communication.
● Reduced recurring support issues by 25% for client orgs by refactoring duplicate automation, improving SOQL
performance, clarifying ownership rules, and documenting reusable Salesforce design patterns.
