Over the past eight years, I have built my career testing systems where reliability, accuracy, and quality are non-negotiable. My experience spans banking, payments, fintech, public transport ticketing, and emergency services software, supporting platforms used by millions of customers and organisations globally.
What makes me unique is my ability to combine strong manual testing expertise with deep technical investigation skills. While many testers focus primarily on front-end validation, I am equally comfortable analysing backend transaction flows, querying databases using SQL database tools, validating APIs with Postman, reviewing logs, and troubleshooting production issues in Unix and Linux environments. This allows me to identify not only what failed, but why it failed.
Throughout my career, I have consistently worked on complex, integrated systems where multiple applications, services, devices, and data sources interact. Whether validating payment switch transactions at ANZ, testing emergency response platforms at CSAM Optima, or supporting Victoria's public transport ticketing system, I have developed a strong ability to uncover defects that may not be visible through standard functional testing alone.
I am also recognised for bringing structure and ownership to quality assurance activities. I have led testing across more than 20 banking releases, supported 18 successful transport ticketing releases, improved defect resolution processes, mentored team members, and worked closely with developers to ensure quality is built into delivery from the beginning rather than inspected at the end.
The combination of strong manual testing capability, backend investigation skills, production support experience, and a track record of delivering high-quality releases across critical systems is what differentiates me as a QA professional.
