TECH LEAD / AI / API SPECIALIST

I am a Systems Engineer from Peru with experience across telecommunications, software integration, and AI model evaluation. I have worked in large organizations such as Telefónica, Claro, NTT Data, and Indra, where I contributed to API development, microservices architecture, data processing, and the implementation of complex Product Order Management (POM) flows. My responsibilities included leading technical initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing incidents, improving system performance, and ensuring alignment with architectural, security, and operational standards.

In parallel, I work as a freelance contributor for Outlier, specializing in data annotation and AI evaluation. My tasks include reviewing machine-generated responses, assessing semantic coherence, performing linguistic quality checks, labeling intents, identifying inconsistencies, and applying detailed rubrics to ensure accuracy and safety. This experience has strengthened my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with structured guidelines in both English and Spanish.

Additionally, I have developed an entrepreneurial project in the motorcycle accessories sector, managing supplier relationships, inventory planning, branding, and store design. This has expanded my business, operational, and customer experience skills.
