I’m an MSc Bioinformatics graduate with hands-on experience in NGS data analysis, variant interpretation, transcriptomics, and Python-based workflow development. What makes me unique is my ability to combine biological understanding with practical computational problem-solving. I developed an end-to-end WES variant analysis pipeline, built a spatial transcriptomics dashboard capable of visualizing over 827,000 cells, and created open-source bioinformatics tools published on PyPI. My laboratory internship also gave me experience in sample processing, PCR, DNA/RNA extraction, and following standard operating procedures. I’m looking for a bioinformatics technician, junior bioinformatics analyst, or genomics data analysis role where I can contribute to reliable data processing, quality control, and reproducible workflows while continuing to grow as a computational biologist.
