Devops Engineer

I have been building and operating cloud infrastructure for high-growth fintech companies for 4+ years, on top of 7+ years in software engineering. I have led the migration of 50+ microservices from Jenkins to GitHub Actions with ArgoCD GitOps, built a greenfield AWS platform from scratch with Terraform, EKS, and Aurora RDS, and contributed to open-source Kubernetes tooling. My core stack is AWS, Kubernetes (EKS, GKE), Terraform, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK, with Go, Python, and Bash for platform tooling. I am looking for a fully remote senior DevOps, platform, or cloud infrastructure role with a distributed team, EMEA-friendly or global. What sets me apart is the combination of deep software engineering roots and DevOps specialisation. I have shipped production-grade Go microservices handling real-time event streaming through Kafka, designed for high throughput and fault tolerance, so I understand distributed systems from both the application and infrastructure side and build platforms engineers actually want to use.
