Lead Android Engineer

- Leading the development of Santander Enterprise app based on the agile methodology from the requirements to the product delivery: requirements analysis, coding, testing, debugging, code reviews and gitflow control. - Active coding using Kotlin, Compose, Hilt, Coroutines, MVI and MVVM architecture. - Team management of 5 to 12 developers - coordination, communication, task delegation and interviewing Android Engineer profiles. - Communication with internal and external partners (the client, product manager and product owner). - Focus on security, fraud control, modularization, and performance.

- Led Android development for Carrefour Pass, making key architectural and technical decisions. - Collaborated with the client to define requirements and project scope. - Introduced Kotlin, replaced template-based frameworks with modular MVVM architecture, and implemented dependency injection using Dagger 2. - Provided mentoring and technical guidance to team members. - Worked within an agile environment to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.

- Developed BBVA Compass USA and BBVA Netcash Spain applications following agile methodology. - Migrated codebase from Java to Kotlin. - Drove modularization, API integration, and UI improvements. - Conducted demos and presented final products to clients in English.
