I'm a Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years building the backend systems and data infrastructure that other teams quietly depend on. My path started at Cello Capital Management, where I owned a multi-terabyte SQL Server warehouse powering investment analysis that's where I first got hooked on the idea that reliable data infrastructure is what makes everything else possible. From there I moved through AWS, Grubhub, Liftoff Mobile, and most recently Microsoft, working in Python, Go, and Java across distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure, including productionizing an AzureML security detection pipeline.
What makes me unique is that I care as much about the boring, load-bearing parts of a system like data integrity, reliability, clean ownership, as I do about the exciting features built on top of them. I'm currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer role focused on Backend or Data Engineering, where I can own real infrastructure problems end to end.
