Hello, my name is Guilherme Orlandini.
I'm a Full-Stack Java Engineer focused on building enterprise software, especially ERP systems used to manage business processes, payments, sales, and human resources.
Most of my career has been spent building end-to-end applications, microservices, and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot on the backend, React and Angular on the frontend, and deploying these applications to cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
One project I'm especially proud of is WebSonora, an application designed to allow users to browse the internet using only audio. It became the first Brazilian application approved by Ford Motor Company to run on its infotainment platform and be included in its application catalog.
In 2020, I was invited to work as a consultant for a university whose educational platform was experiencing performance issues due to the rapid growth in the number of students and professors using the system.
During that project, we improved the platform's performance by approximately 30%. After that, I was invited to join the engineering team as a backend engineer to help migrate parts of the platform to a microservices architecture.
Today, I'm especially interested in international opportunities where I can use my software design knowledge to help build reliable and scalable products.
