Software Engineer

At TechClan, I serve as a Senior Software Engineer with full ownership over enterprise web application development — from initial architecture and technical planning through to testing, deployment, and post-release iteration. I make core technical decisions on a platform actively used by thousands of users, balancing feature velocity with long-term code health. One of my most significant contributions has been leading the migration from Vue 2 to Vue 3 across a live production codebase, resolving compatibility challenges at every layer of the stack while ensuring zero disruption to end users throughout the transition. To strengthen release confidence, I designed and implemented a comprehensive Playwright-based end-to-end test suite covering 15 to 20 critical user workflows, which measurably shortened QA turnaround cycles and reduced production regression incidents. I also introduced code quality gates and automated coverage thresholds directly into our CI/CD pipelines, creating a consistent engineering standard across the team. Beyond my individual technical output, I actively mentor and onboard junior engineers through structured, detailed code reviews and hands-on pairing sessions — raising the overall delivery standard and helping the team grow faster.

At CodeFinity Solutions, I led the architecture and end-to-end delivery of scalable web applications, taking ownership of the complete development lifecycle from system design and technical scoping all the way through testing, staging, and production deployment. A key focus of my work was performance — I identified and resolved API communication bottlenecks and suboptimal frontend rendering patterns that were slowing down page load times, resulting in a noticeably faster and smoother user experience across the board. I worked closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into clearly scoped technical solutions, consistently shipping features on time within our two-week Agile sprint commitments. I also championed the adoption of modern tooling and development practices that improved overall team velocity, reduced technical debt, and made our codebase more maintainable across multiple active projects running in parallel. At Confiz Limited, I worked as a staff augmentation engineer embedded directly within client teams, joining projects in their early stages and taking full ownership of assigned frontend modules from day one. I participated actively in all Agile ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives — which gave me a strong foundation in collaborative, delivery-focused engineering. Using React, Material UI, and Redux Toolkit, I built responsive and accessible frontend interfaces for enterprise-scale applications across multiple industry verticals, including healthcare, retail intelligence, real estate, and automotive. For a US-based healthcare platform, I developed clinical documentation interfaces that allowed physicians to capture voice-based notes and review AI-generated patient summaries, working closely with backend engineers to ensure security and reliability. For Walmart's Intelligence Business Growth platform, I built React-based interfaces for AI-powered forecasting tools, integrated AG Grid Enterprise for complex data rendering, developed a reusable date range picker deployed as a micro frontend, and connected everything through a Node.js Backend-for-Frontend layer. To keep quality high, I maintained 75%+ unit test coverage across core modules using Jest and Enzyme, and regularly contributed to code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions that helped junior teammates adopt team conventions faster and grow more confidently.
