I began my career as an NLP engineer, focused on designing customer support models that worked in practice through working closely with customer service representatives, which then grew into a passion for building AI agents capable of reasoning, cooperating, and going into production. The reason I'm different is that while most work on proving concept, I take things to the next level by stress-testing my models through active monitoring, drift detection, and MLOps best practices to ensure they work in practice.
