Tech Lead
I started coding over a decade ago and never stopped building. My path runs from software engineer to CTO and co-founder, then back into hands-on technical leadership, which gives me a rare dual perspective: I can architect distributed systems on AWS and I can also read a P&L, pitch investors, and align engineering with business strategy.
Three things make me unique. First, range: I have shipped production systems in Node.js/TypeScript, Python, Java, Golang, and PHP, across fintech, logistics, mobility, and streaming. Second, scale with proof: platforms serving 5M+ monthly viewers, a fleet system generating €500K+ in client revenue, and a fintech I co-founded that reached 1,000+ paying customers in three months and cut credit approval time from one month to two days. Third, people: for 5+ years I have led globally distributed teams across the US and Latin America, mentoring engineers into tech leads and building feedback cultures that retain talent.
I am looking for an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead role at a product company solving hard problems at scale, ideally remote with a US or international team, where I can own technical vision across teams, partner closely with Product and Design, and keep one foot in the architecture while growing the engineers around me.
