Middle Quality Assurance Software Engineer

During my tenure at Sinarmas Distribusi Nusantara (SDN), I served as a Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of both web and mobile applications prior to production releases. I specialized in designing and executing comprehensive test cases based on business requirements, which included conducting API testing via Postman for the salesman mobile app and performing backend validation using PostgreSQL to ensure data integrity. Additionally, I introduced automation into our testing cycle by executing Playwright scripts for critical workflows like user authentication and management. Beyond technical execution, I worked closely with development teams to identify, report, and resolve software defects, effectively minimizing potential production issues. I also took on analytical responsibilities, reconciling intricate client transaction data to ensure flawless validation during critical monthly closing periods. Through this combination of manual, automation, API, and backend testing, I successfully safeguarded application quality while supporting seamless business operations.
