Technical Administrator
I've spent 6 years in IT — field service for Bell (copper/fiber) and 4 years as a Technical Support Administrator at Pearson Canada, including overnight 24x7 support. I'm CCNA-certified with a BSc in Computer Engineering, and I run my own Amazon FBA business where I use AI daily (Claude Pro) to build automations and workflows. I'm looking for remote IT roles, especially night-shift work where my overnight experience is an asset.
