Senior Software Engineer

Backend engineer with 5+ years building the infrastructure that makes ML systems safe to act on: the customer data platform behind Afresh's grocery demand-forecasting engine, then the streaming backend and agent runtime behind Otter.ai's real-time meeting intelligence platform. At Otter, progressed from Enterprise & Verticals product engineering (Meeting GenAI live summaries, Sales Agent's Salesforce automation, Notetaker orchestration, unified conversation ingestion) to Product Infrastructure ownership of the shared real-time agent runtime and enterprise MCP APIs.
