I build AI voice agents, WhatsApp assistants and n8n workflows that run today for real businesses in Colombia, Spain and Venezuela.
- AI collections voice agent for a healthcare company in Colombia: up to 1,000 calls per day, automatic retries, every payment agreement logged and special cases flagged for the team (VAPI, Telnyx, n8n, Gemini).
- Real-time WhatsApp error alerts for an airline: ticketing errors go to the supervisor of each of its 10+ offices and are escalated after 24 hours (n8n, SQL Server, SFTP).
- AI WhatsApp sales assistant used by several stores: replies by text or voice note, quotes real catalog prices, builds the order and reads payment receipts.
- For a company in Spain: an AI WhatsApp support assistant, an AI voice agent that calls prospects and books appointments, and a lead-finder bot.
I start by understanding the business process, then build the simplest automation that saves the most time. Native Spanish, intermediate English (B1), clear written communication.
