I help organisations move from AI excitement to AI control.

I’m currently working with British Airways on enterprise Microsoft Copilot and agentic AI adoption, designing the governance, identity, data-protection and operating model needed to scale AI safely across the business. My work covers Copilot agent governance, AI threat modelling, least-privilege Entra ID architecture, Power Platform and DLP controls, connector governance, lifecycle management, cost controls and Cyber Security review.

Before BA, I spent 15 years architecting and securing Microsoft estates across regulated finance, insurance, education and public-sector environments. Highlights include zero-downtime migration of 1,000+ users to Microsoft 365, an 80% reduction in IT incidents through Zero Trust rollout, zero major findings in external security audits, multi-million-pound savings through MSP and vendor restructuring, and hands-on Dynamics 365 security including RBAC, security roles and integration controls.
