I am a business intelligence and operations data analyst with over six years of experience using Excel, sales reports, inventory records, CRM tools, and KPI tracking to support business decisions in fast-paced restaurant and multi-outlet environments. My background started in inventory and operational data control, then grew into business performance reporting, dashboard development, and analytics-driven decision support.

I recently built a Restaurant Sales Intelligence Dashboard using Power BI, Python/Google Colab, Excel, and structured sales data. The project analyzed product performance, basket behavior, drink upsell opportunities, sales trends, and operations/staff performance.
