Lead Full-Stack Engineer
My story starts in Karachi, where I learned to build systems that couldn't afford to fail. Over 5+ years, I've gone from writing REST APIs at a fintech startup to architecting a ride-sharing platform serving 100K+ concurrent users — where I cut dispatch latency from 540ms to 230ms because every millisecond meant a driver lost or gained. What makes me unique is that I don't just integrate AI — I ship it to production. I built an autonomous cold-calling platform handling ~50 calls/day on Twilio + OpenAI Realtime API, and a RAG-based knowledge assistant my whole company relies on. Most engineers pick backend depth or AI breadth; I've done both, on real traffic, with real consequences. I lead code reviews for a large engineering team, which taught me the skill that matters most: making complex systems simple enough that others can build on them
