Machine Learning Engineer
I'm an engineer who started in Geographic & Environmental Engineering and is now transitioning into Machine Learning Engineering, currently pursuing a Master's in AI Sciences at Universidad Nacional de Asunción. What makes me different is that I come from a field where data has always been spatial, messy, and grounded in the real world: satellite imagery, cadastral records, land boundaries. I've automated geoprocessing workflows with Python (GeoPandas, Shapely) and applied Machine Learning models like Random Forest and XGBoost to classification problems using QGIS, ArcGIS Pro, and Google Earth Engine. I'm now deepening my ML and data science skills, and I'm looking for a remote role where I can grow into a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist position.
