Site Relaibility Engineer
I'm a Cloud Operations / SRE engineer with about 10 years building and running reliability-critical infrastructure — starting in VoIP and telecom at RingCentral and steadily moving into data and AI systems. What makes me a little different is the combination: the operational discipline of someone who's been on call for systems people genuinely depend on, plus the hands-on builder instinct of someone who's shipped his own AI pipelines end-to-end.
A few things I'm proud of:
- Recovered a near-day-long silent outage on a fraud-detection pipeline with zero data loss
- Owned a monitoring platform from vendor selection through deployment
- Built conversational-AI and CI/CD systems from scratch — not just maintained them
I like the unglamorous work that keeps everything else standing.
I'm looking for a DevOps / SRE / platform role where reliability actually matters to real people — ideally somewhere I can keep growing toward AI and ML infrastructure. Grow's mission of accessible mental health care is exactly the kind of "who is this for" that makes the work worth doing.
