Software Developer

I’m a backend-focused Software Development Engineer with 3+ years of experience building regulatory-grade, high-throughput systems in the fintech domain. Currently at Genpact, working with Morgan Stanley, I’ve contributed to large-scale platforms that power liquidity reporting, regulatory submissions, and risk ranking for critical financial workflows.

I enjoy solving real problems from the root, not just treating symptoms. My approach is to deeply understand system behavior, data flow, and failure modes before designing solutions that hold up in production. I thrive in fast-paced environments where ownership, clarity of thought, and timely execution matter, and where systems are expected to work correctly at scale, not just pass test cases.

My work spans Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Kafka, Docker, and gRPC, covering feed ingestion, data refinement, schema migrations, performance optimization, and production hygiene initiatives. I’ve worked on systems processing millions of records daily, where correctness, observability, and reliability are non-negotiable.

What sets me apart is a balance of strong fundamentals and real-world execution. I care about clean design, maintainable code, and understanding the “why” behind technical decisions. I enjoy collaborating across teams, breaking down complex requirements, and translating regulatory or business needs into robust, scalable implementations.

Outside of work, I build practical, near production-ready applications to stay sharp — including an expense management platform inspired by Splitwise and a productivity tool for daily planning and reflection. These projects help me continuously refine my end-to-end system design, API development, and user-centric thinking.

I’m interested in backend and full-stack roles where I can work on distributed systems, data platforms, or core infrastructure, solve meaningful problems from first principles, and grow in environments that value speed, ownership, and engineering excellence.
