The role supported commercial monitoring for African marketplaces from a Porto-based team. ● Alignment with four stakeholders of different nationalities to understand and discuss the project specifications. ● Development and maintenance of 20 dashboards for 2.000 users to monitor the commercial numbers of African e-commerce, using Power BI and Excel tools. ● Part of the team who migrated a Qlickview solution used for almost five thousand users to a Power Bi, that solution reduced 30% of costs in servers and licenses ● Automation of over 10 monthly reports using VBA, SQL and Power bi for an area of 12 people which lead to reducing in one week the monthly routine to send it to the high hierarchy of the areas.
