I am an AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Edge AI, and production machine learning systems, with 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI solutions for real-world industrial applications.
My experience has involved taking AI projects from requirements and data preparation through model development, optimization, software integration, deployment, and production support. In my current role, I lead the deployment of an AI-driven Machine Vision Inspection System for railway infrastructure that processes 10,000+ images per day. I work extensively with YOLO, CNNs, OCR, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, CUDA, NVIDIA DeepStream, and GStreamer, with reported results including 98% OCR precision and 95%+ validation accuracy across inspection models.
I have also developed real-time edge-AI video analytics on NVIDIA Jetson Nano, working on object detection, age/gender classification, video processing, inference optimization, and database integration. This experience has given me practical exposure to building AI systems that need to operate under real-world constraints such as latency, computational resources, reliability, and continuous production monitoring.
Beyond model development, I have experience across the broader ML engineering lifecycle, including Python development, data and model preparation, GPU inference optimization, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, Git, Linux, CI/CD fundamentals, testing, logging, monitoring, and deployment troubleshooting. I have also worked with NLP and Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, LangChain, embeddings, prompt engineering, and OpenAI APIs.
