Senior Flutter Engineer

I'm a Flutter engineer from Astana who's spent the last 4+ years shipping six production apps across fintech, edtech, and social — all live on the App Store and Google Play, holding crash-free rates above 99%. What I love most is the architecture underneath: Clean Architecture and DDD, offline-first systems, end-to-end encryption, real-time WebSockets — plus the occasional deep cut, like shrinking an app 63% by rewriting its media pipeline on native codecs. For the last two years I've led that work end-to-end and mentored the engineers around me, and I do my best work in async, written-first remote teams.
