• Analyzed stakeholder requirements for C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance) defense systems and translated them into comprehensive Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents and detailed User Stories to guide the development team. • Designed system architecture and modeled business process flows for defense-grade applications using BPMN and UML diagrams, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. • Collaborated with Software Engineering and Data teams in the development of application features including user authentication and data processing modules, ensuring optimal system scalability and performance for mission-critical use cases.

• Developed and maintained Onefis, Pertamina Patra Niaga's flagship depot management application, contributing across 3 platforms — desktop (.NET), web (Next.js), and mobile web (Vue.js) — to improve operational efficiency and scalability at Plumpang depot. • Developed a Fleet Card management feature on the desktop application (.NET), enabling automated toll cost calculation with a 30% surcharge for inter-region vehicle routes, streamlining reimbursement and operational cost tracking for fleet operations. • Integrated external APIs across Onefis platforms to support real-time data synchronization and cross-platform functionality, handling 20+ daily operational transactions at Plumpang depot. • Implemented Document Management System (DMS) standards across an 8-person development team, establishing standardized documentation rules to ensure consistency, compliance, and audit readiness throughout the development lifecycle.
