Dear Hiring Manager, I’m a Software Engineer with over 9 years of experience building and operating scalable, cloud-native systems, with a strong focus on distributed systems, platform engineering, reliability, and observability. Currently, as a Staff Software Engineer at PicPay, I lead initiatives to improve observability and system reliability, standardizing logging, metrics, and tracing with OpenTelemetry and Kafka, reducing data loss incidents by ~40%.
