Software Developer
I have been building full-stack and AI-powered systems for over a year, most recently as a Software Developer at NextHire, where I architected a 12+ module recruitment CRM and integrated the Claude API into real recruiting workflows — resume parsing, candidate matching, and AI-generated content. I've achieved things like building a production-style RAG application from scratch (a 7-stage pipeline spanning ingestion to grounded, citation-backed retrieval) and shipping secure, role-based systems used by real hiring teams. I'm looking for an SDE1 role where I can keep growing at the intersection of full-stack engineering and applied AI. What sets me apart is that I don't just consume AI tools — I've built the underlying orchestration layers myself, so I understand both how to use LLMs effectively and how to engineer around their failure modes.
