I make slow Adobe Commerce storefronts fast. Last one went from 2.8s to 1.8s mobile LCP without a replatform. 12 years in Magento, the last 10 on Magento 2 and Adobe Commerce, these days on headless Next.js over a Laravel BFF with Magento to SAP integrations. I get called in for Core Web Vitals, checkout latency, headless migrations, and ERP syncs that end manual reconciliation. Open to remote contract or full-time.
