Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers (previously 7) delivering four production apps at TigerIT — NID Wallet (national identity, 10M+ installs), EVR (vehicle registration), CommChat (secure messaging), and KinderMate (AI learning) — spanning on-device biometrics, RFID field operations, real-time messaging, and interactive learning. - Engineered NID Wallet's biometric verification pipeline — real-time face capture with oval-overlay in-bounds validation, liveness detection, and AFRS matching via CameraX and ML Kit — and migrated the ML runtime from TensorFlow Lite to Google LiteRT to meet Android 15's 16 KB page-alignment mandate ahead of the Play Store deadline. - Cut app crash rate by roughly 50% (Crashlytics) by resolving window-token, camera-lifecycle, null-safety, and process-death crashes across NID Wallet and CommChat. - Delivered CommChat's core messaging experience — bidirectional pagination, threaded discussions, emoji, and one-tap Mark All As Read — and led its Android 15 edge-to-edge migration across 12+ activities plus a 34+ file View Binding modernization. - Extended EVR with a factory-based hardware abstraction spanning 4 RFID device models and end-to-end fingerprint owner-verification, shipping across 10+ signed releases. - Cut redundant speech-API calls by 50%+ by caching generated text-to-speech in Room, and built KinderMate's profile-aware scheduled-learning system plus a Unity 6 integration. - Accelerated feature development, large-scale refactoring, and code review by adopting agentic AI coding workflows (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity) across the team.
