Stack : .NET, Angular, C#, Javascript, Typescript, SQL Server, NHibernate Development and maintenance of administrative platforms for Belgian insurance companies, covering the entire business lifecycle (policies, offers, premiums, payments, documents), with primary expertise on the backend : business logic design, API development, and integration management. My Aviza – Belgian Insurance Company ● Maintenance of an administration system for managing insurance policies and offers, premium calculations, and pricing management, used by over 50 brokers, enabling the processing of 200 to 500 new policies per month ● Development of an integrated email management interface for policies, allowing consultation and organization of incoming/outgoing emails with descriptions, compatible with all Outlook versions via Microsoft Graph Cares Assistance – Belgian Insurance Company ● Development and maintenance of insurance administration platforms used by over 300 brokers, enabling the processing of 700 to 1,000+ new policies per month ● Implementation of Vital Care and Family Care products, including pricing calculation rules, full policy management, medical questionnaires, beneficiaries, and contractual documents ● Close collaboration with business and technical partners to ensure regulatory and strategic alignment ● Design of a multi-service Azure WebJob automating 100% of the payment process (SEPA, recurring payments, payment links) via Twikey, reducing manual intervention and improving transaction reliability ● Design and optimization of SQL Server stored procedures for business calculations, premium loadings, and medical decision logic ● Management of the full lifecycle of insurance policies and their statuses (draft, signature, validation, activation, revocation, cancellation), including business rules, transition constraints, access rights and visibility management, and validation workflows tailored to brokers and administrators ● Implementation of electronic signature and management of confirmation webhooks ● Development of a complete digital customer journey enabling online subscription, increasing customer autonomy through a multi-step flow for full policy creation
