Senior Software Quality Engineer

As a Senior Quality Engineer in the Enhanced Submission Analysis (ESA) project, I am responsible for leading manual testing for submission workflows, business rules, and PolicyCenter integration. I manage defect logging, tracking, and resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely fixes. I refine acceptance criteria, prepare test plans and reports, and perform regression testing to maintain system stability. I coordinate with client stakeholders to provide updates and validate fixes, ensuring the application meets requirements. Additionally, I support end-to-end validation to ensure the reliability of underwriting submissions.

As a Test Engineer at SLK Software Pvt Ltd, I was responsible for executing functional and system testing for the Direct Billing Portal, an insurance application. My role involved developing and maintaining automated test scripts for billing and payment functionalities, ensuring the accuracy of premium payments, invoice generation, and policy billing features. I created test scenarios, prioritized test cases, and executed structured test plans.
