- Took full ownership of integrations between e-commerce platforms and eDarkstore’s systems, leading complete product cycles from design and implementation to deployment and onboarding for 50+ clients. Reduced integration costs by 80% by replacing paid applications with in-house solutions. - Created and delivered a custom rule management system for handling orders, capable of managing demand spikes up to 7x during high seasons. The system improved courier assignments and resolved fulfillment and packaging errors, enhancing the reliability of the company’s 3PL (third party logistics) platform. - Had full ownership for a new ship-from-store platform enabling express delivery and in-store pickup from physical retail locations.
