Senior Software Engineer

I serve as CTO and Co-Founder at O2OBOTS, leading the technology strategy and the evolution of an AI-driven platform focused on credit, debt collection, and conversational customer service at scale, with strong adoption through WhatsApp. In the early years of the company, I was the sole software engineer, responsible for designing and building the entire platform architecture, including backend systems, integrations, infrastructure, and conversational automations. During this period, the company grew from zero to raising R$ 4.5 million in investment and began serving major players in the financial market. O2OBOTS initially started as an automation solution for the insurance sector and later expanded into the credit industry, reaching over R$ 2 billion in credit origination and generating more than R$ 100 million in annual sales in recent years. Throughout this journey, we evolved from rule-based chatbot flows to AI-powered solutions capable of intent detection, real-time sentiment analysis, and dynamic conversation routing. Currently, I lead the launch of O2OBOTS 2.0, introducing AI Agents designed to understand context, intent, and product logic, interacting in a more natural, human-like way and requesting only the information required to complete a sale or a debt renegotiation.
